The project’s scope of work consist of a residential development located at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Ansam is a residential development consisting of 4 Andalusian-inspired apartment complexes, providing 540 Studio, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units.
Each complex has high quality amenities, including an infinity lap pool, kids’ pool, sunbeds and loungers, a pool bar and variety of open spaces for occasional events. Other amenities available are multi-purpose hall to host indoor functions and a barbecue area.
