We establish each project’s program of work using the Critical Path Method, helping us identify critical and non-critical tasks and preventing process bottleneck.

To avoid delays in completion and key dates, we provide regular updates that indicate the actual progress compared with the planned one. This enables us to control and monitor the project’s progress Monthly reports provide a detailed analysis with graphs which reflect the actual work and give clear understanding of the project status, recommending what action should be taken.

Our project managers have the expertise to handle public safety, time management, cost management, quality management and human resource.
