PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
Dutch Foundations executed the enabling and foundation works for the Dubai Harbour Residences development by Shamal Development. The project comprises two premium residential buildings situated along the Dubai Harbour waterfront. The scope included site preparation, deep excavation and shoring works carried out under challenging coastal conditions.
The works demanded precise geotechnical execution and strict quality control to ensure long-term stability and durability of the foundation system supporting the residential and podium structures. The project was successfully completed in 2025.
