InterContinental Hotel Grand Marina

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

The project’s scope of work consist of a 15-storey hotel tower located at Sector W32, Al Bateen Waterfront, Abu Dhabi. The hotel will feature serviced apartments along with a range of exciting food and beverage and entertainment facilities.

The hotel includes:

• A Michelin star signature restaurant with a rooftop bar
• A lounge and bar with a terrace and private dining rooms
• A destination bar as well as a premium spa and pool.
• The hotel will also have extensive meeting spaces.

The resort-style guest rooms will feature blue, teal and green accessories and fabrics. In the lobby entrance, guests will be greeted by accents of ocean-inspired blue and green soft contemporary furnishings. The hotel’s all-day dining venue will incorporate elements from its surroundings, parts of which will resemble a beach, such as a floor tile pattern that recreates the look of ripples of sand.
