Sea La Vie Abu Dhabi

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

Dutch Foundations was appointed to carry out the enabling and foundation works for the Sea La Vie development on Yas Island. The project comprises four residential towers and a series of waterfront townhouses built over a shared podium structure. The scope of works included site preparation, deep excavation, shoring and piling.

The works were executed under challenging coastal soil conditions, requiring precise geotechnical solutions and stringent quality control to ensure the long-term stability of the superstructure and surrounding marine elements.
