The project’s scope of work consists of a world’s first hotel located at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The park will be located next to the world’s first Ferrari-branded theme park and will feature such Warner Bros.-owned characters such as Batman, Bugs Bunny, and Scooby-Doo.

The project work includes:
