The late Serder Dawood Salman Al Bayaty was the Founder and Chairman of Dutch Foundations, serving in this capacity from its establishment in 1989 until his passing in 2024.

A beloved leader, revered mentor, and esteemed intellectual, he was a guiding light within the Abu Dhabi community. Known for his deep cultural insight, extensive knowledge and unmatched generosity, he was a pivotal figure who shaped the direction and success of our organization, inspiring us all with his passion and commitment.

His visionary leadership, unwavering dedication, and profound impact on our company will forever be remembered and cherished. His legacy will continue to guide us as we navigate the future.

Assad Zoorob is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dutch Foundations. With over 35 years of expertise in the foundation engineering sectors, Mr. Zoorob is a seasoned industry leader known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions.

Mr. Zoorob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in the United States.

His professional journey spans a diverse range of roles and responsibilities across multiple sectors of the construction industry in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Iraq, where he has successfully managed and directed large-scale projects for some of the region’s most prominent organizations.

Mazen Jabado is the President of Dutch Foundations, bringing over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in Construction, Communications, and Management Consulting.

Prior to joining Dutch Foundations, Mazen worked as a Management Consultant at Kearney, where he led organizational transformation projects for both public and private sector clients. His expertise includes strategy development, operational improvement, and large-scale project management.

Mazen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from INSEAD, and additional degrees in Political Science from Concordia University and Sustainability from the University of Cambridge. His diverse academic background and consulting experience provide him with a unique perspective on driving growth and innovation.
